Frank Harber holds a Ph.D. degree from Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX, where he completed his doctoral degree in a record-setting two and one-half years. Frank Harber was formerly a professor at Southwestern Theological Seminary and has taught at the Criswell College in Dallas, TX.
